A pair of fine French country wines, 'Le Bosq' - the fresh dry white is from Toulouse, the ripe fruity southern red from the Pays du Gard. Two excellent northern Italians - a light breezy dry Garganega/Chardonnay from the Veneto, and a firm fruity Barbera red from Piedmont. It was a tough choice to include just two of the fine range of Tierra Antica Chileans - their light clean dry Sauvignon white, and supple juicy Merlot red. The Broken Shackle Australians go from strength to strength (and there's now an excellent rose too) - the 'Classic White' is mellow, rounded, fruity & dry, the 'Classic Red' now a serious rich, spicy mouthful. From South Africa there's crisp, characterful Hazy View Chenin Blanc, and smooth, lightly spicy Paarl Heights Shiraz red. To finish,  Ademas Viura - a smooth, rich-flavoured dry Spanish white, and a blockbusting Argentinian red - Osaado Shiraz/Cabernet.
