Since Jonny finished work at Betty's Bottle Corral, there's nothing he & the gang like better than to settle down to a fresh, crisp, fragrant dry white such as Adega de Pegoes, Picpoul de Pinet or Terra Mater Sauvignon. If the fish have been biting, Jonny cracks open a 'special' - maybe Goldwater Sauvignon or Serra da Estrela Albarino. If the crew want something smoother & weightier, Jonny gives them hip-flasks of Echeverria Unwooded Chardonnay or Domaine de la Becassonne.
